Product after product was being exposed for
the deadly toxins they held, leaving several irreparable side effects and even fatalities in their wake. From shampoo to processed foods, nothing seemed safe any more. Wanting what was best for both herself and
her family, Courtney turned to natural methods for health and healing and has never looked back.

After discovering the many different ways in which we can help protect and heal our bodies using by using safe and alternative methods, it became her goal to spread this message to others who may be seeking something that Western medicine generally wasn't offering. What better way could there be than utilizing her freelance writing career and the Internet to help get the message out
there?
