Work with Natural Family Online magazine
Natural Family Online is growing! We're in search of:
* Product Review Editor -- Find products NFO readers need to know about; contact manufacturers/vendors to get review samples; coordinate getting review samples to assigned writers; etc.
* Channel Editor -- Section editors for any/all of NFO's individual channels (the sections listed under the "READ" button at the left of the site). No actual text editing necessary.
What you'll do:
* plan content for your channel each issue
* find quality reprints from other sources
* find writers and topics for new articles
* find photographic images appropriate for use throughout your channel
* work with writers to ensure they're meeting our audience's needs (focus on midstreamers, not crunchy-granolas)
* write articles as you can and like
Channel editors will not be expected to edit articles, although it's certainly fine if you want to go over them. Channel editors are organizers and coordinators. You'll coordinate extensively with me as well as other channel editors to plan and build your channel.
* Reciprocal Link Exchange coordinator -- There are so many compatible web sites out there we'd like to create ties with. You track them down and set up the exchange.
* Newsletter Layout -- Got html? I need someone to make our monthly Yahoo newsletter (going twice a month, starting soon) look good.
